Portfolio Analyst

DRB Financial Solutions has invested in building synergistic business units and continues to invest in the growth of its existing business lines while developing and/or acquiring new businesses. Fundamentally, it is a liquidity solutions platform.

DRB seeks out high quality but illiquid intangible property rights and claims that are held by individuals and small/medium sized businesses. DRB provides a monetization opportunity to the parties holding such assets. Custom crafted liquidity solutions are created for those opportunities and DRB’s origination platform, capital markets access and expertise are used to solve these types of liquidity mismatches.

We are currently hiring a Portfolio Analyst to join our team.

Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for managing warehouse lines used by DRB to finance acquired assets. The ideal candidate must have very strong analytical and mathematical skills but must also be able to think creatively about managing portfolio risk and be able to implement business friendly solutions to these risks. The position level for this role is Analyst.


Work alongside Portfolio Manager in managing all external warehouse lines and ensure 100% compliance with warehouse requirements
Draft accurate and timely written responses as well as compile risk, positioning, and performance data in response to queries from internal stakeholders and lenders
Identify, select, and put together weekly pledges
Work closely with the custodial agent to ensure files are uploaded correctly and timely
Work closely with warehouse providers to ensure weekly fundings are timely and accurate
Play key role in preparing and supporting all lender audits
Assist with analytics such as portfolio performance and risk exposure


An undergraduate in business, finance or other related field; 0-2 years of experience in the asset management or brokerage industry, in an investment, research or marketing capacity preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with drive to be successful and ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks without reminders.
Strong attention to detail. 
Team player who enjoys working with others and reaching out proactively throughout the firm to gather information; consensus-builder.
Strong quantitative skills and experience in use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Experience working in Microsoft CRM is a plus
